• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate transactions.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ja9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where funds are confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to forfeiture, they will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after the investigation is complete.
